Thursday, May 26
· Guys need to pick up Tuxes at Men’s Warehouse.
· Bachelor & Bachelorette party night!
· 7pm Bachelorette Dinner @ Mon Ami Gabi (Inside Paris Hotel & Casino)
Friday, May 27
· By 11am- Leave all wedding party dresses (moms, bridesmaids, flower girl & bride) at the Vdara front desk for Debi with ‘Fit for a Bride’ to pick up and steam
· 6:30pm- Dinner at the Rio World Carnival Buffet- Join us at the Rio for dinner on Friday night! We will be treating our wedding party members to dinner as a thank you for being in our wedding!
Wedding Day! Saturday, May 28
· AM- Flowers and Dresses will be dropped of at the Vdara lobby
· 1:30pm- Lauren & Alda, Please be dressed and ready to go by this time and come to Annie’s room!
· 1:45pm- Guys head down to Vdara Lobby
· 2pm- Girls head down to Vdara lobby, Annie & Ben’s ‘first look’ at each other in Vdara Lobby
· 2pm-4:30pm- Wedding Party photo tour (we’ll go to the Venetian, Bellagio, Paris & Caesars in a limo)
· 4:30pm-5pm- Family Photos at Caesars
· 5:45-6pm Guest Seating
· 6pm- Ceremony Begins (Classico Chapel)
· After the ceremony, the wedding party & guests are free to enjoy the Caesars casino and lounges until the Double Decker bus arrives.
· 7pm- Double Decker Bus Arrives at Caesars South Valet to transport guests to Maggiano’s
· 7:30pm-11:30pm- Reception at Maggiano’s Little Italy (Inside Fashion Show Mall)
· *We will not be providing transportation for after the reception as most guests will be heading in different directions.*
Sunday, May 29
· 10:30am- if you wish, join us for brunch at MGM Buffet ($24.99)
· Tuxes - need to go back to Men’s Wearhouse (keep the ties and handkerchiefs!)
